Overview: At the time of application, fellowship applicants must be either: A graduate of an accredited OT program with a current Ohio OT license, OR Currently enrolled in an accredited OT program with the plan to graduate and obtain Ohio licensure prior to the start of the fellowship program. Applicants must either have: Prior work experience as a pediatric and/or mental health OT, or A Level II OT fieldwork in the area of pediatrics and/or mental health. Three professional letters of reference must be submitted at the time of application as well as a personal statement. Job Description Summary: Provides clinical therapy and care to patients under supervision and participates in research and educational activities. Job Description: Essential Functions: Participates in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with the level of advancement and responsibility. Maintains patient and procedures logs and completes medical records in accordance with established standards. Develops a personal program of self-study and professional growth with guidance from teaching staff and Program Director. Attends mandatory education specified by the Program Director and participates in other educational activities as appropriate to fulfill program requirements and individual learning plan. Participates in research activities, institutional programs, and designated NCH committees and councils.
