About The Position
ProgressiveHealth of Indiana is seeking to find a PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare professional team in Eldorado, IL. This location is home to a 25 bed critical-access and busy outpatient practice. We support our PRN team by sourcing for all part-time and full-time positions internally, before placing an advertisement. New grads are welcome to apply! This is a great way to get clinical experience in a new setting. This PRN position will provide mostly Outpatient care, with occasional help in the Inpatient department!
Requirements
- Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to obtain Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Associate's or higher degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Eligibility to Work: This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Providing medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
- Restores function
- Relieve pains
- Prevents disability
- All functions performed under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
