Join Our Amazing Team as a valued Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN at our amazing Continuum of Care Senior Community in Dousman, WI Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Dousman, Wisconsin. This dynamic SNF-based campus includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living. It is best suited for a clinician who is confident navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- 1-2 years treating experience preferred and/or Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- 1-2 years treating experience preferred
