Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to join our exceptional therapy team serving a dynamic senior campus that includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and/or Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
