About The Position

We’re currently looking for an Occasional Babysitter in Berkeley, CA 94705 A lovely family near Berkeley Bowl Marketplace on Oregon Street is seeking an occasional babysitter for their happy 5-month-old with an immediate start. Backup care is needed intermittently on weekdays from 8am to 5pm. The baby enjoys interaction, being sung to, and stroller walks. This is intermittent care with no guaranteed hours, and applicants do not need to be available for every request. There is a dog in the home, but it will remain in a separate sunroom while care is provided. Start date: Immediate Length of Position: Ongoing Schedule: Intermittent care – No guaranteed hours Typical needs: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $30 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant care experience
• CPR certified, or willingness to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
