About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of a Clean Team Member Supervise Clean Team to ensure proper coverage and cleanliness of the park Assign duties to the Clean Team Complete staffing for Clean Team members and ensure breaks are given and staffing and time sheets are completed correctly Conduct pre and post shift meetings Conduct department orientation trainings Conduct in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings Provide coaching to team members Issue disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures as needed Ability to properly and safely operate equipment used Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by the Clean Team, respond to customer concerns Ensure park policies and procedures are being followed by team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Follow park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience or comparable supervisory experience Ability to accept guidance and supervision Demonstrate ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time Ability to climb stairs Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs Benefits: FREE Season Pass Free Tickets Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Career Development We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
