About The Position
No prior experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sell daily tickets, season passes, and other products in a quick and friendly manner Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, and vouchers Proper handling, storage, and organization of credit card receipts Suggest additional products to offer the best park experience Good cash handling skills Redeem season passes and issue RFID wristbands to season pass holders Follow opening and closing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Follow Park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs Ability to count money and make change Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time Benefits: FREE Season Pass Free Tickets Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Career Development We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
