About The Position

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join their collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting. The practice offers comprehensive full-scope obstetrics and gynecology, with hospital privileges at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care. The position offers a flexible schedule, including 3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days. A shared 1:6 call model ensures equitable call and holiday coverage, with call taken from home unless clinically necessary and dedicated nurses handling patient calls. The practice boasts a strong support system, including a robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team (Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse-Midwives, and a Physician Assistant), consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider, and weekend rounding support from APPs. Professional growth is encouraged with robust mentorship and a partnership pathway available. Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is a highly regarded, all-female physician group in Nashville, TN, known for a patient-first and high-touch approach to women's health. Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• A team-oriented provider who values high-quality, patient-centered care
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment and collaborative call structure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting staff and peers
