Position Details Inpatient OBGYN – benefited part-time Employed position 10 – 24-hour shifts per month o 10 on-site hour requirement o No Outpatient o Rounding covers consults, deliveries, admissions. Work in conjunction with Independent OB Group Call 1:4 with addition of Laborist o On-call physician responsible for ER admissions & transfers Experienced OB department o Seasoned nurses with 10+ yrs of obstetric care Focus on teamwork, excellent culture. V-Backs are provided. C-sections done in the OR o OR team available 24/7 Average of 50 deliveries per month 24/7 Pediatric & Cardiology coverage o Full-time pediatric cardiologist on-site Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University o Medical Students and Family Practice Residents o Residents on site in OB 24/7 Level IIIA NICU is staffed by 3 Neonatologists and 3 APPs.o Mobile transport team
