Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Enumclaw, WA • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Call Only • Call Schedule: 24-hr Call; 7a-7a - 6-8 shifts/month • Call Response Time: 30 mins. • Call Back: Weekday: 8.2 hrs; Weekend: 9.4 hrs • Patient Volume: 18 • Admission: Yes • Support Staff: MA or LPN, L&D RNs & In-House Anesthesia • Procedures/CaseMix: C-Section, Ectopic - Low & High Risk, FHR Interpretation - Routine & Complicated Delivery - Repair of 3rd-4th degree lacerations - GYN Surgery • Nursery Level: I • Trauma Level: I • No. of Beds: 25 - 3 (L&D); 4 (Post-Partum) • EMR: Epic • Other Info: - C-sections- must be willing to help and supervise if needed - Must be comfortable handling OB inductions from group, mostly emergent GYN surgeries. • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements
- Active WA License or IMLC
- BC
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS
- Clean Record (highly preferred)
