About The Position

This role is responsible for creating and executing yearly marketing plans and budgets in addition to creating and executing various marketing campaigns for different business segments and products. They will help curate and maintain a dynamic culture internally while supporting leaders of other business segments. The Head of Marketing will lead a team to accomplish all the digital and grassroots marketing efforts to help grow the bank and its business segments while being a liaison to the community creating and supporting events where the bank is a sponsor or contributor. The Head of Marketing will also be a leader in community business development advocating bank products and services as well as marketing the same. This role is essential in cultivating the bank’s brand and brand awareness in a way that is different from competitors but still authentic and professional.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Marketing/Graphic Design
  • 5 years of banking or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe, Word Press, and social media platforms.
  • Team leading, business development, and organizational skills / experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the banks media, advertising, and sales literature.
  • Creation and execution of promotional campaigns
  • Review and approve all charitable donations.
  • Creation and management of newsletters and other reports as needed.
  • Management of the bank's social media pages and websites.
  • Participate in charitable events and provide support/scheduling for community involvement events and exhibitions.
  • Responsibility for updating and maintaining marketing documentation and database for the marketing dept.
  • Represent the Bank at various civic and community functions to enhance the Bank's image.
  • Promote a favorable image of the Bank in all business activities within the community.
  • Help Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and or company events.
  • Coordinate and oversee the FNB grill team at all community functions as scheduled.
  • Research new events for the Bank to participate in.
  • Assist in coordination of bank-wide referrals, incentives, and monthly marketing reports.
  • Assist with organizing events, bookings
  • Assist with supply orders for events (marketing and/or logo related)
  • Arrange meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate bank representatives.
  • Create / Proof all marketing content and promotional literature.
  • Complete other duties as assigned
