This role is responsible for creating and executing yearly marketing plans and budgets in addition to creating and executing various marketing campaigns for different business segments and products. They will help curate and maintain a dynamic culture internally while supporting leaders of other business segments. The Head of Marketing will lead a team to accomplish all the digital and grassroots marketing efforts to help grow the bank and its business segments while being a liaison to the community creating and supporting events where the bank is a sponsor or contributor. The Head of Marketing will also be a leader in community business development advocating bank products and services as well as marketing the same. This role is essential in cultivating the bank’s brand and brand awareness in a way that is different from competitors but still authentic and professional.
