About The Position
Blueprints is now hiring a Full time Nutritionist! Join our Team today! The Nutritionist will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff and participants. This position will be responsible for the determination of nutritional risks and certification for of WIC Participants. The Nutritionist will serve as the liaison and make appropriate referrals between medical services, social services and WIC Participants. This role will also be responsible for operations within the WIC clinic.
Requirements
- B.S. in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition
- Must be approved by State WIC Agency
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and participants
Responsibilities
- determination of nutritional risks
- certification of WIC Participants
- liaison between medical services, social services and WIC Participants
- make appropriate referrals between medical services, social services and WIC Participants
- responsible for operations within the WIC clinic
