About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a team member to support our Nutritional Services department in a dual-role capacity. This position includes a combination of Dietary Aide and Cook responsibilities, assisting with meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Dove Healthcare consists of 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes in Barron, Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Fennimore, Lodi, Osseo, Rice Lake, Spooner, St. Croix Falls, and Superior. Our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous food service or cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal service and tray delivery
  • Set up and clean dining areas
  • Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Follow infection control and sanitation guidelines
  • Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary needs
  • Ensure proper portioning and presentation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory and food storage
