Nutrition Hospitality Ambassador
About The Position
We are looking for an individual that understands the importance of hospitality and wants to make lasting impressions on patients here at the St Cloud Hospital. Our Hospitality Ambassador will understand and explain the meal ordering and delivery process for the patients, demonstrate knowledge of our patient menu including dietary restrictions and allergies, and participate with engagement programs. Healthy food is important to those being treated for illness or injury, and crucial to the standard of living for those in long-term care. That's not to mention how important it is to visiting family members and our team of caregivers. We have more than 350 foodservice professionals at CentraCare. They order, prepare, serve and deliver food to patients, residents, families and coworkers. CentraCare Health has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce. Requirements
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English, follow written and verbal instructions and complete simple computational skills.
- Experience in a Hospital as well as strong Customer Service experience in job history.
- Strong verbal communication, reading and writing abilities required.
- Must be able to interact with patients and staff congenially.
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
