The Nutrition Food Services Supervisor manages the daily operations of patient meal assembly, room service, and food delivery, ensuring efficient service and high patient and customer satisfaction. This role oversees staff in meal preparation and delivery, maintains kitchen and cafeteria cleanliness, and ensures adequate food supplies for patient units. The Supervisor works closely with the NFS management team and Director, and is scheduled for 11:00am-7:30pm, including rotating weekends.
