Relief Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services - Dietary
About The Position
Description Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance and organization of the department, including monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, departmental scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening and closing procedure, including cash verification, and monitoring special catering events. This position will serve as a relief supervisor, covering both morning and closing shift. Morning Shift: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm Closing Shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm In addition to this individual will also be responsible for cash handling. Requirements
- Coursework/Training: On the job training will be provided.
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
- Experience in food establishments.
Nice To Haves
- Upon hire: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent
- Hospital or healthcare food service experience.
