As a Nutrition Care Manager (Registered Dietitian), you will be responsible for supporting nutrition care in a senior living environment, providing nutritional care, supervising food service associates, and fostering a culture of wellness for both residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programs

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of senior living experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans to support health and well-being
  • Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences
  • Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction
  • Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives aimed at continuously improving nutrition services and overall care
