About The Position

100% FTE, day shift, Monday - Friday with some early/late starts based on department need. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable. We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to: Foster effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care. Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit operations. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support for professional development, performance evaluations, and team management. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) Required
  • 3 years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Required
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
  • Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin. Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Preferred
  • Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success. Preferred
  • Certification in relevant specialty area. Preferred
