Notifies and processes I-9's, Grade 14 to Grade 16 promotions, Grade 16 to Grade 18 promotions, transfers, voluntary demotions, UUP to PEF transfers, Research to PEF transfers, MedBest to PEF transfers and returning retirees in conjunction with NRO staff and Human Resources. Participate in job fairs to include preparation of materials and presentations of information to the general public. Provide recruitment data and statistics as requested, such as monthly tracking of all applicants and related information about their position, status, department, etc. Will also track key metrics such as advertisement data, numbers of applicants transferring from inpatient to outpatient, separation data, time to hire and time to fill. Will include other data analysis as needed. Responsible for assisting other NRO Office Assistant including, but not limited to, managing the front-end operations of the office; including inventory, ordering, and routine maintenance of office supplies/equipment, day-to-day front office operations, processing paperwork, onboarding of new employees, verifying conditions of employment, following up with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements and completion of daily download information for all incoming applications. This role will handle additional recruitment tasks as assigned. Answers main phone line and assists internal and external customers with a high level of customer service. Respond to questions from hiring managers and administrators related to the on-line employment system; answer recruitment/appointment/onboarding questions.
