What You Can Expect: System-Wide Leadership: Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) and department meetings while supporting ANMs/Supervisors with staffing, competencies, patient safety, and quality initiatives across multiple departments. Quality & Experience Accountability: Hold ultimate responsibility for leader rounding, Press Ganey scores, quality metrics, employee satisfaction activities, and pulse poll results. Operational Oversight: Provide oversight for Med/Surg, OB, Inpatient Therapy, Discharge Planning/Case Management, and Laboratory Services to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Lead and oversee the Interdisciplinary Council while promoting collaboration and alignment across clinical and support services. Flexible Leadership Schedule: Work a primarily daytime schedule (5/8s or 4/10s) with alternating call and occasional rounding on nights, evenings, and weekends. Requirements

  • Bachelors' of Nursing Degree
  • 7 years' relevant experience
  • Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
