Responsibilities Current Openings Include: Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC) Cath Lab Supervisor Lead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes. Surgery Supervisor Oversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes. ICU Supervisor Support day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development. PACU Supervisor Lead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties. Cardiology Supervisor Lead in a 24-bed post-surgical cardiac and vascular unity where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
Current RN licensure in Iowa

Responsibilities

Lead Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services.
Oversee surgery with 24/7 accountability.
Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.
Support day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development.
Lead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.
Lead in a 24-bed post-surgical cardiac and vascular unity where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference.
