Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Adherence to frequent deadlines
High ethical and moral standards
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
One (1) year prior business experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
One (1) year of prior recruiting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.

Responsibilities

Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
Use major job boards, social media, referrals, and cold calling to find and attract talent
Provide outstanding customer service to job seekers
