Requirements
- CNA, PCA, Certification – Required
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
- Prepare & assist residents with meals, snacks, & activities
- Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
- Observe, document, & report changes in residents’ condition
- Communicate with residents & families professionally & compassionately
- Maintain resident rooms, common areas, & assist with laundry as needed
- Answer phone calls in accordance with Spring Arbor procedures
