About The Position
Spring Arbor Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Assisted Living team. If you’re a caregiver, resident assistant, or senior care aide who loves helping others and wants to make a meaningful impact every day, we want to meet you!
Requirements
- PCA or CNA certification preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, memory care, or hospitality preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on caregiving and assist residents with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support residents during meals and activities
- Respond promptly to emergency call systems to ensure resident safety
- Document and report changes in resident condition
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
