Spring Arbor Senior Living of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide quality care and comfort to our senior residents. Requirements

CNA, PCA, Certification – Required
CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
Prepare & assist residents with meals, snacks, & activities
Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
Observe, document, & report changes in residents’ condition
Communicate with residents & families professionally & compassionately
Maintain resident rooms, common areas, & assist with laundry as needed
Answer phone calls in accordance with Spring Arbor procedures
