The nursery provides top-quality shrubs, perennials, and container-grown roses to premier independent garden centers and re-wholesalers across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and upper Midwest. Supported by a dedicated Inside Sales and Customer Service team, the company prides itself on its quick response to customer needs and being a one-stop-shop for landscape contractors, delivering everything needed for any size landscape project. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery/Landscape Inside Sales Representative located in Medford, NJ. The position involves interaction with clients to offer solutions and products, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting with customer inquiries. Also performing daily dock checks to monitor inventory levels and product availability. Assist with scheduling customer pickups and coordinating logistics. Prepare and distribute weekly photos of plant material to sales representatives and customers. The representative will manage accounts, follow up on potential opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's commitment to service excellence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, including the ability to effectively manage the sales process and identify new opportunities
  • 2+ Years Experience in Landscaping / Nursery / Horticulture. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster positive relationships and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive business growth and maintain strong client partnerships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Medford, NJ, and collaborate with a team
  • Attend trade shows and visit customers as needed to promote products and strengthen relationships
