As a Landscape Construction Sales Representative, you serve as a trusted project advisor and guide. Your responsibility is to lead homeowners and professional partners through a proven sales process — uncovering real motivations, qualifying decisively, and aligning expectations around scope, investment, and outcomes. You are not an estimator. You are not a designer. Those roles are distinct skill sets within our organization and fully support the sales process, allowing you to focus entirely on discovery, client leadership, relationship building, and closing aligned work. This role includes both inbound opportunities and intentional outbound relationship development with professionals who influence luxury residential projects. Luxury, design-forward outdoor living projects, including: Custom paver patios and walkways Engineered segmental retaining walls Outdoor kitchens, fire features, and gathering spaces Full-property landscape transformations and enhancements Typical project size: $100,000 – $1,000,000+
