We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Trainer to empower our staff and home providers through high-quality training and clinical guidance.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing License in the state where services are provided.
• Three years of registered nursing experience in social services or healthcare setting.
• The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
• Valid state issued driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead medication administration training and specialized clinical workshops (e.g., diabetes, seizure management) for employees and contracted home providers.
• Provide expert guidance on medical needs and manage on-call urgent or emergent situations.
• Act as a bridge between individuals, their home providers, and medical professionals to ensure the best possible care outcomes.
• Conduct on-site reviews of residential programs to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain precise clinical records, including Self-Medication Assessments and PRN protocols.
