About The Position

Hamilton Health Box (HHB) is a rapidly growing private equity-backed healthcare startup operating hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics for small and medium businesses and rural markets across the country. Our goal is to find high potential individuals to drive a high-touch, low-cost healthcare experience for all of our patients and clients. Hamilton Health Box is looking to add an experienced EMT, Paramedic or Clinical Trainer for the role of EMT/Paramedic Trainer (Clinical Standardization, Training, and Evaluation Associate). The ideal candidate will be a tactical team member assigned to the Clinical ST&E team. The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Ensure clinicians have the strong support staff required to render high quality care. Implement and lead comprehensive training programs. Ensure initial and recurring training items are completed in a timely manner consistent with company policy. Incorporate training feedback to the design of future training programs. Follow established procedures to ensure standardization, evaluate proficiency of all functional members, and document clinical readiness. Manage and conduct clinical evaluations Assess the document proficiency and capability of staff to accomplish clinical duties. Ensure standardization of operational procedures for care delivery operations. Other duties are assigned.

Requirements

  • EMT Certification, Paramedic, Nurse or Clinical Trainer
  • This position requires up to 50% travel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior EMS & Military preferred
  • EMS or EMT or Paramedic: 2 years (Preferred)
  • RN: 2 years (Preferred)
