City of Hope’s growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas. Supervising all aspects of the Inpatient Nursing Department. Collaborates regularly with Leadership in the development and implementation of administrative and operational activities of Inpatient. Assists with development and execution of goals such that they support the organizational mission and strategic plan of COH Atlanta. Responsible for collaborating and communicating with patients, management team, center stakeholders, medical staff, and hospital staff to enhance the quality and efficiency of health care delivery. Serve as a point of contact for the development of inpatient management throughout the continuum of care, promoting best practices and quality of life. Ensures that Inpatient provides clinical coordination of care and services for all patients while supporting the mission of COH by treating patients as a whole person in a compassionate and caring environment. Ensures adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements. The successful candidate: Must be able to work 7:00 pm - 5:30 am Tuesday-Friday.
