About The Position

Now Hiring: Nurse Shift Supervisor Available: 8-hour shifts working 5-days a week from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am. Available: 12-hour shifts working 3-days a week from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. What You'll Do As our Nurse Shift Supervisor, you will guide nursing operations during your assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care. You'll provide hands-on leadership, mentor staff, support admissions, maintain compliance, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year of nursing experience (behavioral health or geriatric preferred)
• CPR, First Aid, de-escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and provide real-time coaching and support
• Assist with patient admissions and ensure protocol accuracy
• Lead shift-change meetings and reinforce our “Better Way” principles
• Participate in quality audits and regulatory compliance efforts
• Support new hire orientation and ongoing staff development
• Manage supply needs and maintain operational readiness
• Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
