The System Nurse Residency Coordinator provides comprehensive leadership and coordination for the Nurse Residency Program (NRP) across all Centralus facilities. This role ensures a unified, high‑quality transition‑to‑practice experience for new graduate nurses entering diverse clinical environments throughout the health system. Responsibilities include system wide assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all components of the 12‑month residency program.
