About The Position

As an essential part of our Ambulatory Care Network (ACN), you will provide gynecological exams and care, insertions & removals of long-acting reversible contraception as well as providing other forms of contraception. You will provide patient education, follow-up on pregnancy testing, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing and counseling, other lab follow-up and offer referrals as needed. Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health/FNP – Full-Time – Ambulatory Care Network/Columbia Campus Step into this exciting role as a Nurse Practitioner providing high-quality care to a diverse group of patients, regardless of socioeconomic status. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday : 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. Requirements

• Master’s degree in advanced Practice (Women’s Health or FNP)
• Current NYS RN and NP licensure
• Board Certification (Women’s Health or FNP)
• Current BLS through the AHA
• Minimum of two years NP experience including experience in women's health
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a busy OB/GYN outpatient practice.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
