About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Fall of 2025 at FPN Franklin Township Family Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with three physicians and two nurse practitioners who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. Ideal candidate will have past or present family medicine experience, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long lasting relationships with colleagues. Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Position start date Fall 2025 Clinic hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday Flexible part-time schedule; no weekends or holidays No call responsibilities Average outpatient volume: 18 – 20 patients per day Designated MA support Fast paced environment with seasoned providers Established practice with experienced clinical support staff Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Diabetes and endocrinology Hypertension Heart failure Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois. Requirements

  • Master's Degree - Required
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
