Nurse Navigator - Breast Center
About The Position
In this high profile, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to oversee a caseload of patients and acts as the primary liaison between the patient and the program to which they are assigned. Patient Navigator is responsible for implementing the comprehensive care plan to each patient as determined upon enrollment in the program. Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is a 262-bed, full-service, acute care hospital serving Tarrant, Johnson, and Ellis counties in North Texas. We are an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and Advanced Primary Heart Attack Center certified by The Joint Commission. We also were the first in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to receive the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses PRISM Award for exemplary practice of medical-surgical units. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Clinical Nursing and Case Management Experience Preferred
- Licensed in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
