The Breast Care Navigator is a Full Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday at Sacred Heart Imaging Center. Summary: The role of the breast imaging patient navigator is to provide Inland Imaging’s patients with a personalized path for their breast health. This person will supply information and educate the patient on the various breast imaging modalities and services provided. This person will work with the patients, referring clinicians, radiologists, medical specialists, and staff to help meet the needs of each patient within their imaging care path.
