About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time/Direct hire position.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience, including 5 years in psychiatric clinical care.
- At least 2 years of leadership/management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Crisis Management (PMCS/TRUST).
- Experience working with children (ages 6 weeks to 6 years), with at least 2 years of formal experience
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and 24/7 operational oversight.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage staff, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, and care planning to support effective clinical management and patient outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and report clinical and operational data for performance tracking and regulatory reporting.
- Support budgeting, inventory management, staff development, and implementation of best practices in patient care.
