As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

Requirements

  • State Licensure as an RN (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Required)
  • 1+ years of patient care experience in nursing field (Required)
  • OR
  • Associate Degree (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred)
  • 2+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (Preferred)
  • 3+ years supervision (preferred)
  • Master’s degree (M.S.N) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.
  • Help with staffing or coverage
  • Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit
  • Review incident reports and follow up through established process
  • Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques
  • Assist with infection control
  • Monitor weekly data collected by RN’s and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing
  • Mange vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services
  • Manage new Nurse Orientation
  • Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures
  • Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.
