About The Position

Nurse Manager RN or LPN - Residential Care Facility At Holladay Park Plaza, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents! We are seeking a nurse to manage the clinical aspects of our 36 resident residential care facility (RCF) and work closely with our RCF administrator to oversee day to day clinical tasks. This position helps provide high quality services and amenities to assisted living level residents. This position has a shared on call rotation.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work.
Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Nice To Haves

One-year plus experience in long-term care, home care, and/or assisted living preferred.
Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline, program development and management of staff preferred.
