We’re seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of our Primary & Specialty Care Practice. This role blends hands‑on nursing with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality improvement. You’ll support staff, foster a positive patient experience, and help ensure our practice runs smoothly every day. As part of the essential functions of this role, the Nurse Manager will: Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffing Oversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usage Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborate with nursing leads to support smooth clinic operations Address patient concerns and support resolution Manage invoices, documentation, and quality improvement tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR a documented plan to complete a BSN within NYSED's RN BSN requirement timeframe OR Associate degree with degree/license dates meeting NYSED’s exemption requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
- Current BCLS certification
- One (1) years of experience in a medical office setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred
- Candidate must have familiarity with computers, EMR software (Medent), and MS Office software (Outlook, Word)
- Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
- Awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
