About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full -time/Direct hire position. Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $145,00 - $160,000 DOE Schedule: 8 am -4 pm - Mon - Fri Start Date: ASAP End Date: NA - Direct hire/contract to hire role

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, including 5 years in psychiatric clinical care.
• At least 2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Crisis Management (PMCS/TRUST).
• Experience working with children (ages 6 weeks to 6 years), with at least 2 years of formal experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit, ensuring high -quality patient care and 24/7 operational oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage staff, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor admissions, discharges, and care planning to support effective clinical management and patient outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and report clinical and operational data for performance tracking and regulatory reporting.
• Support budgeting, inventory management, staff development, and implementation of best practices in patient care.
