The Nurse Manager will provide leadership to the Nursing Department and will assist in identifying innovative practices, systems and processes to improve the care delivery system. The Nurse Manager will lead or act as a major contributor to nursing activities related to quality initiatives, consumer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager manages the delivery of health-related programs and services within the agency. This includes responsibility for Personal Care service through Home Care as well as programs with a significant health component such as CHOICES, Enhanced Community Options Program, Clinical Eligibility and Assessment Services, HCBS Waiver, Personal Care Attendant, and Accountable Care Organizations. The Nurse Manager works in partnership with the Home Care Managers to promote an interdisciplinary approach to assure that consumers receive appropriate service plans and interventions.
