You'll lead a Special Needs Unit in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing clinical operations and creating an environment where staff development, patient safety, and exceptional resident care come together. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you'll manage a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and Unit Clerks while ensuring compliance with DOH requirements.
