About The Position
Strategic Clinical Education: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle—analysis, design, and evaluation—of multi-faceted, competency-based learning programs to ensure core clinical excellence across the market. High-Impact Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of subject matter experts to align national and regional clinical competencies, ensuring specialized program delivery meets nursing, allied health, and pharmacy standards. Performance & Operational Alignment: Synchronize clinical learning delivery with organizational goals, optimizing performance processes to maintain peak competency and operational efficiency. Fiscal & Regulatory Stewardship: Monitor program compliance and financial targets, managing budgets and expenditures to ensure all professional development initiatives remain cost-effective and results-driven.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
