A premier acute care hospital in Houston is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Neonatal ICU (RN) to support leadership oversight of a high-acuity Level IV NICU. This leadership role partners closely with the Director to ensure high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. The Manager will assist in coordinating department initiatives aligned with the organization’s long-range strategic plan, mission, vision, and values. All shifts include weekend rotation and on-call requirements. Leadership candidates must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. This 420+ bed specialty hospital is dedicated exclusively to women’s and newborn health and is part of a large regional healthcare network. The facility delivers more than 800 babies per month and operates one of the highest-level NICU programs in the region, providing comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns.
