About The Position

Our unit cares for neonates from as early as 24 weeks gestation through full-term infants with complex congenital anomalies, providing comprehensive services such as immediate post-birth care, therapeutic hypothermia, and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. Additionally, our NICU is a vital part of the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Team, ensuring rapid and safe ground and air transportation for our tiniest patients. Requirements

  • BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
  • BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted).
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience in a NICU required, Level IV preferred.
  • Ability to support evidence-based practices, independently make clinical decisions, and guide others in providing exceptional care.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship applicants will not be considered).
