About The Position
Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery. This key position provides leadership for patient care and unit operations and is responsible for advancing excellence across the Labor and Delivery servies. The candidate for this role will have demonstrated experienced and results in core skills related to leadership, clinical oversight, and strategic planning. The Nurse Manager directs and supervises patient care to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate services while promoting staff development and engagement. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about regulatory compliance and patient safety. The key role also assumes operations for financial viability of the unit through sound budgeting and resource management. Qualified candidates will bring strong Labor and Delivery clinical experience coupled with a demonstrated leadership track record. Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
- Must be a licensed RN eligible to work in Kentucky.
- Two years of recent leadership experience required.
- Knowledgable of Labor and Delivery nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree preferred.
