The Emergency Department Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, serving as the tactical leader for patient care delivery, staff development, and departmental performance. This role partners closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency care while supporting organizational and system-wide goals. The ED Manager champions evidence-based practice and quality improvement , fostering a culture that integrates research, innovation, and best practices into daily emergency care. This position leads and supports the emergency nursing team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and staffing coordination , ensuring appropriate coverage and staff engagement at all times. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability, the ED Manager drives program development, strengthens physician relationships, improves patient outcomes, and creates an environment where both patients and emergency caregivers can succeed—every shift, every patient. Annual Salary Range: $109,366.40 - $161,324.80
