Our clients are often experiencing traumatic situations and our Nurse Intake Specialists will be the first communication they have with the firm; it is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. The proper candidate will support the Case Control Center’s core values by operating with PURPOSE- Passion, Unity, Respect, Persistence, Opportunity, Success, and Excellence Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This position requires working 5 days a week in our busy Case Control Center, working on the telephone and in taking medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime between the hours of 8am to 8pm and available to work weekends if need be. Join our team and earn up to $750 in bonuses! Receive $250 after 90 days and an additional $500 after 6 months of employment.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Must be passionate about helping people and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task, learn fast, and work in a virtual team environment while being self-sufficient and able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Must have excellent telephone skills and the ability to conduct conversations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm with an optimistic attitude.
  • Reliable, Punctual and dependable.
  • Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc).
  • Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test, 300 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training.

Responsibilities

  • Vetting the legal claims of prospective clients.
  • Intaking medical malpractice and nursing home claims.
  • Handle certain aspect of the legal intake process.
  • Resolve problems and handle client’s issues in a professional manner.
  • Data entry.
