The Trainer is responsible for: Overseeing, developing, and implementing competency-based training for all staff working in the MA DOC, medication for addiction treatment (MAT) services. Focusing on training nursing staff in essential clinical skills, including safe medication administration, venipuncture (blood draws) and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR). Promoting internal and external training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
